Attention: In an effort to better serve park visitors we are planning a major renovation of the historic Civilian Conservation Corps cabins. Improvements will include raising the cabins above the flood stage, new pine wood floors, new appliances, and repairs throughout. These improvements will prevent unexpected closures in the summer months, and enhance the overall visitor experience. Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin November 1, 2014 and should be completed by April 30, 2016. We apologize for the inconvenience but the long needed renovations will be worth the wait.
