GAMBLE ROGERS MEMORIAL SRA, FL30 site(s) found
ALL (30) DescriptionGamble Rogers State Recreation Area extends across a barrier island. To the east is the Atlantic Ocean, and to the west is the Intracoastal Waterway. The park has a total area of 145 acres, and is a prime nesting beach for 3 species of sea turtles from May thru September. The area offers excellent surf fishing and sunbathing. Alerts and Important Information The park gates close at sunset. If you plan to arrive late please contact the park prior to 5 PM on the day of your arrival. Pets are allowed in family camping areas overnight. Pets are prohibited on the beach or in the park buildings.
